Terms and Conditions

Altius Enrichment reserves the right to amend the below terms and conditions without prior notice. The following terms and conditions apply when you engage Altius Enrichment’s services for the tutoring programme.

1) Replacement Lessons

Replacement lessons can be arranged if your child misses a lesson. Each replacement lesson must be completed within 3 weeks to avoid gaps in learning. There is no refund of tuition fee.

2) Lessons during June and December holidays

On-going lessons are conducted during the holidays to enable your child to have a head-start for the academic year ahead except for days scheduled for centre closure.

3) Tuition Fee 

Tuition fees are due 1 week before the start of the term lessons.

4) Deposit 

A non-refundable deposit of 4 lessons fee will be collected together with the first month’s tuition fee. 

5) Notice Period for Discontinuing Tuition

A one-month advance notice is required for withdrawal. Your deposit will be used to offset the last four lessons once the withdrawal form has been successfully processed.

6) Material Fee

Material fee is chargeable. There is no refund nor return of unused worksheets should the students discontinue with us at any point in time.

7) All fees are subject to review and revision.

8) Media Consent

The parent/parents consent photos, videos, messages in any communication platforms and result slips of the child/children to be used in promotional collateral and in social media platforms (if any). Personal information such as NRIC, birth certificates and contact numbers will be masked to protect the children’s identity.
